  • How do I open a Complete Checking account?
    A Complete Checking account can be opened in one of our branches or online at www.FlushingBank.com 
  • Is there a minimum opening deposit?
    Yes, the minimum opening deposit is $25. 
  • Will my Complete Checking account have a monthly fee?
    No, there is no monthly fee for a Complete Checking account. 
  • Is there a minimum balance requirement?
    There is no minimum balance requirement.*
    *There is a $25 minimum to open the account. No minimum balance is required to avoid monthly fee. Service fees such as fees charged for insufficient funds, returned deposited items, non-Flushing Bank ATM withdrawals and balance inquiries, teller’s checks, wire transfers and any other miscellaneous items or services apply to this account. Refer to the Flushing Bank schedule of fees for more details.
     
  • Does a Complete Checking account earn interest?
    No, a Complete Checking account does not earn interest. 
  • How do I make deposits into my Complete Checking account?
    You can make deposits into your Complete Checking account in one of our branches or by using Flushing Bank online banking or the Flushing Bank mobile banking app with mobile check deposit (Flushing Bank Flexible Deposit®).  
  • Are there ATM fees?
    Flushing Bank customers will not incur a charge from Allpoint for the use of their ATM network. Additionally, customers using Non-Flushing Bank ATMs may incur fees. Refer to the Flushing Bank Schedule of Fees and account disclosure for more details.  
  • What is the daily ATM withdrawal limit?
    The daily ATM withdrawal limit is $500. 
  • Can I view my Complete Checking account online?
    Yes, you can view your Complete Checking account by using Flushing Bank online banking or the Flushing Bank mobile banking app. 
  • Is online banking available?
    Yes, with Flushing Bank's Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The balance and history information is current. First-time users must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Flushing Bank Online Banking Agreement before using Online Banking. After your initial acceptance, you are consenting to the Agreement every time you log into Flushing Bank's Online Banking. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is required to utilize Online Banking. 
  • Is bill pay available?
    Yes, but you must register for Online Banking and Bill Pay. 
  • Is mobile banking available?
    Yes, you can manage your accounts on the go with the free* Flushing Bank mobile banking app.
    *There is no charge to use Flushing Bank Mobile Banking, but the Bank’s standard account fees will apply and data and messaging rates may apply from your wireless provider. Flushing Bank Mobile Banking is available to all Flushing Bank online banking users.
     
  • Can I make mobile check deposits into my Complete Checking account?
    Yes, you can deposit checks anywhere, anytime using the free* Flushing Bank mobile banking app (with Flushing Bank Flexible Deposit®) for your iPhone® or Android™ device. You can also use a computer attached to a desktop scanner.
    *There is no charge to use Flushing Bank Flexible Deposit, but the Bank’s standard account fees will apply and data and messaging rates may apply from your wireless provider. For personal checking, statement savings or money market accounts only. Account(s) must be in good standing. Subject to eligibility. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. Flushing Bank Flexible Deposit is available to all Flushing Bank online banking users.
     
  • Does this account come with a debit card? If so, what is the daily POS cash limit?
    Yes, a Complete Checking account comes with a free MasterCard® debit card. The daily debit card POS cash limit is $1,000.
